David McGuire

Co-Founder, Financial Adviser*

As a financial advisor and the co-founder of McGuire and Wright Financial Group LLC, Dave McGuire understands the financial challenges his clients face and the opportunities they have to overcome them. Armed with more than a decade of money management experience and a genuine passion for helping other people learn to thrive financially, Dave absolutely loves what he does and enjoys the role he plays in his clients’ lives.

Dave works primarily with pre-retirees and retirees, successful executives and professionals, and closely-held business owners, and taking great care of their needs is his priority. He aims to go above and beyond their expectations, present new and innovative ideas to achieve their goals, and to continuously look after their best interests with the highest degree of integrity.

Dave earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) since he started in the industry in 2009. His experience allows him to provide unbiased guidance for his clients in key areas such as retirement income strategies, asset protection, estate planning, business planning, and more. He has been a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable1 (MDRT) every year since 2011, and is also proud to be a recipient of many industry awards, including MDRT’s Court of the Table the last two years (2018/2019), and the prestigious NAIFA Four under Forty award in 2013.

When he’s not in the office, Dave enjoys serving his community through the Excelsior Masonic Lodge in Medway where he and his fellow members do a variety of charity projects throughout the year. He’s also proud to be a member of a study group comprised of other financial advisors across the nation where they get together throughout the year to share innovative financial strategies with each other.

Family is incredibly important to Dave, and he loves spending time with his wife, Nicolette, and his children, Fiona and Joseph. His parents, sister, and extended family also live close by, and they get together as much as they can. As any parent with young children knows, they keep you very busy, but when he has time to himself, you can usually find Dave on the golf course or taking in a Red Sox, Patriots, or Celtics game.

Brendan Wright

Co-Founder, Financial Services Professional

Brendan has been working in financial services since 2012. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers (NAIFA) and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)1 from 2014-2018. Brendan works in planning with business owners, and with people's personal financial and retirement planning including helping those in or near retirement. Brendan is the second generation of his family to be affiliated with New York Life.

Brendan is an Agent with New York Life Ins. Co. & a Financial Services Professional/Registered Representative offering securities through NYLIFE Securities LLC, (member FINRA/SIPC), A Licensed Insurance Agency.

Brendan and his wife Sydney reside in Quincy, MA. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and following the major New England sports teams.

Bradford L. Meigs, CLU®, ChFC®, MSFS

Brad entered the financial services industry after leaving active duty as a United States Army Reserve Officer in 1972. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, and continued his professional education earning his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations, as well as his Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) from the American College.

To provide continuity of service and value to clients, many of whom Brad has helped with their own succession, Brad has planned for the succession of his business.  With the help of Susan Yost, Brad undertook a rigorous process. Dave McGuire and Brendan Wright are the result of that process.

Brad continues to work with current and retired owners of significant businesses who respect long term relationships and care deeply about their loved ones.

Peter McGuire

Financial Services Professional

Peter joined his son Dave in financial services in 2016, after a successful sales and management career in the electronics industry. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers (NAIFA) and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)1 since 2017/2018. Peter provides integrated financial strategies working with business owners, individuals and families. Many of Pete's clients are in or near retirement.

Peter is an Agent with New York Life Ins. Co. & a Registered Representative offering securities through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC), a Licensed Insurance Agency.

Peter and his wife Denise reside in Wrentham, MA and have a daughter Colleen, a son Dave and grandchildren. He enjoys family time, the beach, golf and following the major New England sports teams.

Susan Yost, LSA

Licensed Service Assistant

Susan Yost, a Licensed Service Assistant, has 35 plus years of administrative experience in the life insurance industry. Susan is responsible for the daily office operations and client interactions while also concentrating on underwriting. Susan's support and service to the clients is an integral part of the business. She resides in Bridgewater, is married, and has two children. In her spare time, Susan enjoys reading, puzzles and spending time with her family.
